Data interoperable exchange in smart cities: A webinar organised by INPACE Thematic Working Group on Smart Cities and Communities

  • Introduction: Franck Le Gall (EGM/INPACE) will open the session with a welcome and overview of the webinar.
  • Standard for cross-domain data exchanges. Martin Bauer (NEC)  will provide an overview of NGSI-LD as a foundational framework for enabling interoperable and context-aware data sharing across domains, with applications in smart cities.
  • Improving Quality of Standards through Testing and Validation: Laurent Velez (ETSI CTI) will discuss the pivotal role of testing and validation in enhancing the reliability and effectiveness of standards, offering examples of best practices and the latest developments in the field. It will introduce the forthcoming NGSI-LD Plugtest being supported as a pilot project by INPACE
  • Q&A: A live question-and-answer session will follow, allowing participants to engage with the speakers and gain deeper insights into the topics discussed.
