Toolbox and Roadmap for the realisation of the Hub
This document compiles the key mechanisms and tools necessary for establishing the INPACE Hub as a Multi-Stakeholder Hub. It aims to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among experts, policymakers, and the digital innovation community across Europe and Asia. Within this context, the deliverable outlines the objectives behind creating the INPACE Hub, defines its main terminology, and describes its main components: the INPACE Community platform, INPACE communities, the INPACE Knowledge platform, and the mechanisms designed to animate the Hub.
INPACE Hub
The INPACE Hub, or Community Platform, is an innovative digital platform that fosters collaboration and engagement between the EU and the Indo-Pacific region among diverse stakeholders. As the central access point for relevant information about the INPACE project, it empowers users to engage meaningfully in collaborative initiatives. It serves as a knowledge-sharing platform that supports digital partnerships in the Indo-Pacific region, with an emphasis on Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) and activity clusters.

Summary: Desk research, interviews, survey, consultation (initial)
This document outlines the initial activities carried out under Work Package (WP) 4 to support the Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) with evidence-based insights for future EU–Indo-Pacific cooperation. It reports on desk research, interviews, surveys, and public consultations. The desk research analysed national ICT strategies and priorities, identifying areas of alignment and divergence. Semi-structured interviews validated these findings and explored partnership opportunities, while key insights were shared in meetings with WP3 members. An initial public consultation at an international symposium in Seoul engaged stakeholders in discussions on ICT partnerships.
