Preparations for the International Symposium on Digital Technologies and Policies: Supporting the Indo-Pacific-European Digital Partnerships are well underway.
The Symposium, set to take place on 21-22 October, 2024, at the Daeyang AI Center, Sejong University in Seoul, Republic of Korea, will serve as a cornerstone in advancing the dialogue between the European Union and key Indo-Pacific countries – specifically South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and India – on the future of digital technology and policy.

The event is dedicated to fostering cooperation between these regions through Digital Partnerships and the Trade and Technology Council with India, addressing pressing technological challenges and seizing collaborative opportunities. 

High-profile technical and policy experts will share insights into the latest advancements in digital technologies in the Indo-Pacific Region and Europe:

Thematic sessions and policy discussions will focus on real-world applications, promoting innovation, economic growth, and sustainability.

An exclusive session on EU funding opportunities for Indo-Pacific researchers and innovators will provide valuable insights into upcoming collaborative projects and resources.

Attendees will include 70-100 industry leaders, researchers, policymakers, and civil society representatives from the Republic of Korea and other nations across the Indo-Pacific Region and European Union.
