New Delhi to Host India-EU Digital Cooperation Conference 2026

The India-EU Digital Cooperation Conference 2026 will bring together policymakers, researchers, innovators, and business leaders on 2–3 November 2026 at South Asian University in New Delhi to discuss and advance the cooperation between India and the European Union in the field of digital technologies and their application

The event supports the Trade and Technology Council between the EU and India, particularly the work on Strategic Technologies, Digital Governance, and Digital Connectivity, and places these discussions within the broader context of EU collaboration with the Indo-Pacific countries.

Technical themes of the conference will include Digital Trust and Digital Innovation, Digital Public Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductors, 6G, High-Performance Computing, Standardisation, Upskilling, and Scaling of Technologies

A key focus will also be on opportunities for research and innovation cooperation through the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Funding Programme. The conference will explore possibilities for cooperation within the open calls for 2027, as well as perspectives for the next European research and innovation framework starting in 2028.
